Transcript

We provide official school transcripts for all registered students. These transcripts are essential for applications to higher education institutions and are processed as follows:

● Purpose: Transcripts can be used for applications through the Ontario Universities’ Application Centre (OUAC), the Ontario College Application Service (OCAS), or sent directly to other institutions of higher learning based on the student’s requirements.
● Official Record: Each transcript is recorded in the student’s Ontario Student Record (OSR), ensuring its authenticity and compliance with educational standards.
● How to Request: Students needing an official transcript can contact us by guidance@southridgehighschool.ca. Please provide sufficient details about the purpose and recipient of the transcript to ensure timely processing.
